AR 10 - refers to the panel and in this particular saddle 10mm of padding was added to the front of the panel near the wither.
337 - refers to the place in production it was made
04 - refers to the year it was made and in this particular saddle it is considered an 05 because of the month it was manufactured.

If you are trying to decode a CWD stamp (on saddles newer than 2006), the first line indicates the seat type, seat size, flap length and style.  The second line indicates the panelling, while the third line is the year of manufacture and serial number.
